The elections are next month and mid-term elections tend to drag on voter participation especially among us Asian Pacific American voters.

However, Spoken Word artist Beau Sia says it best about why we should we vote even though we are not as immediately interested in the stakes: Voting is about "... becoming a statistic listened to... lets another know that they're not alone...let's a community know I need their help"
